Check the expiration date on the first-aid
kit at least once a year. Replace the
contents if necessary, and replace missing
contents.

The vehicle tool kit can be found in the stowage well under the cargo compartment floor.
When they leave the factory, vehicles
without a "Minispare" emergency spare
wheel are not equipped with the tools
needed to change a wheel, such as a jack.
Country-specific differences are possible.
Some tools for changing a wheel are specific to the vehicle. You can obtain tools that are approved for use on your vehicle at a qualified specialist workshop, e.g. an authorized Mercedes-Benz Center.

The "Minispare" emergency spare wheel can be found in the stowage well under the trunk floor.
– Lift the trunk floor up.
Example: vehicles without lockable trunk floor
– Vehicles with trailer tow hitch: remove the ball coupling stowage tray.
– Turn emergency spare wheel retainer 2 counterclockwise and remove it.
– Remove "Minispare" emergency spare wheel 1.
Vehicles with lockable trunk floor
– Remove the contents of stowage tray 2.
– Turn the central retaining screw in stowage tray 2 and "Minispare" emergency spare wheel 1 counterclockwise and remove it.
– Remove stowage well 2.
– Vehicles with trailer tow hitch: remove the ball coupling stowage tray.<> – Remove "Minispare" emergency spare wheel 1.
